Built On Hard Work. Finished With Pride.
The story behind H. Chamu Neat Project 11.
It Started With a Simple Promise
Every great building starts with a single decision: to do the work properly. Over 12 years ago, H. Chamu picked up his tools with a clear belief. A client should never have to settle for sloppy work, missed promises or a mess left behind. That belief became Neat Project 11.
In the early days it was one man, a few tools and a lot of determination. Early mornings, long days and a reputation earned one job at a time. Every wall plastered, every roof coated and every bathroom rebuilt became a reference that no advert could ever buy.
Experience You Can Build On
Twelve years in the construction industry teaches you things that cannot be learned from a book. How the Cape weather attacks a roof. How a base must be compacted before paving goes down. How a bathroom must be waterproofed before the first tile is laid.
Today our team handles building structures, plastering, painting, paving, roof painting and full bathroom renovations. We grew by saying yes to the next challenge and then delivering it properly.

Your Home Is Your Biggest Investment. We Treat It Like Ours.
We know that letting builders into your home takes trust. We take that seriously. We listen first, explain the work in plain language and protect your property while we work.
Whether you need a small repair, a new driveway, a fresh coat on your roof or a dream bathroom, you get the same commitment: do it neat, do it right and make sure you are happy before we leave.
Our vision is simple. To be the first name Cape Town thinks of when it needs something built, fixed or renovated. We earn that one satisfied client at a time.
